Update: Home buying

Everything is going well and according to plan. The sellers have offered to let us close a few days earlier since everything is going well. We spent most of the day packing and cleaning. The current plan is to spend this week getting everything packed up, and then we have a full week to get everything moved to the new house and clean the apartment. It’s certainly going to be a busy and stressful week.

    Stressful, yes. But exciting too! Your first place — and its your own to decorate and network and re-wire and improve however you want. Just wait, the feeling is uh-mazing. It’ll all be worth it soon!

    You should really stop encouraging him to do all those projects, not all hubbys are home all year long. Which means I am gonna get stuck with a bunch of half done wiring jobs, etc…. LOL
